1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
2.Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to a physical address in the U.S. We do not ship to a PO box address or internationally at this time.
3. Is In-Store pick up available?
No, In-Store pick up is not available
4. Is Local Delivery available?
Yes! We offer free local delivery for orders over $30
Meet-ups take place at Don Quijote Honolulu, and we’ll reach out by text or email to coordinate a date and time that works best for you.
For orders under $30, there’s just a small $5 delivery fee.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6. What if my package is lost or damaged?
Oh no! If that happens, please reach out right away — we’ll resolve it as soon as we can.
